Once a design direction has been chosen, a number of final rendering visuals can be produced to allow design presentation to Investors, Directors & financiers. This part of the process is absolutely fundamental to the overall process; moreover if the conceptualisation and visuals are good - this can be a crucial tool to help bring in the necessary financial and political support for a new project.   Often, it's not until the customer's wider stakeholder community can actually see what they are being asked to support and pay for that full approval is forthcoming.  Concept visualisation can help turn a concept into a project.  

Visuals can be produced as concept renders or photographic renders depending on the subject. They provide enough data for the designs to be signed off, in order to advance to Engineering, Prototyping and Manufacture.
